We deliver anywhere in Jordan. Delivery fees are calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

Normal delivery within Jordan takes up to 36 hours and costs 2.5 JOD. Fast delivery in Amman takes within 24 hours and costs 4.5 JOD.

Yes. Delivery is free on all orders above 29 JOD.

Delivery depends on the information you fill out when placing your order, so please double check your address and phone number at checkout.

Delivery fees are non refundable once the order has been shipped, as they cover the courier service. If the error was from our side, we will cover the cost completely.

You can return any non personalized item within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Simply message us on Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and a short note about what you would like to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

Custom or printed items like t shirts, hoodies, mugs, or phone cases made especially for you cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing issue or a mix up from our side. In that case, we will happily cover return shipping and make it right.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days for non personalized items. However, since printed clothing is made especially for you, we cannot exchange sizes once it is printed. Please check the size chart on every product page before ordering to find your perfect fit.

Yes, orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Prepaid orders are refunded within 1 to 3 business days.

In the rare case that happens, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours.

Every clothing product page includes a clear size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to the chart before ordering, since printed items cannot be exchanged for size once made.

To keep prints looking fresh, wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and air dry or tumble dry low.

Our character mugs are made from quality ceramic. To protect the printed details, we recommend gentle hand washing.

We make every effort to display colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your monitor display will match the actual product exactly.

Yes. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer, and payments are processed by trusted payment processors. We never store your card details.
